It’s called something like Trojan.KillAV, I think. Norton 360 keeps picking it up, and says it “successfully fixed the threat” but obviously, it hasn’t.
On the symnatec website it says that the threat level is low, but Norton 360 reads it as high.
Things that I have noticed going wrong with my computer is that the control panel got removed from the start menu, but before that I couldn’t access any of the options as it would say, “This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.” I can’t access the time/calender options if I double click on the analog time on the bottom right hand of the desktop, and I’m pretty sure there is Malware in my system as well. I can’t change my desktop background because of the above message as well, or the desktop theme.

Your first problem is you are using Norton. Stay away from Norton they are not what they used to be at all! You probably have way more than one virus on your PC. Go to the store and buy Trend Micro (PC-cillin) Anti-Virus and Webroot Spy Sweeper. That’ll clean ya right up. Seriously, one of my friends had a up to date Norton on hers and when I noticed it was Norton I freaked and put my Trend Micro on it…she had been doing banking for a month with 12 viruses. Yep. I will never use Norton or McAfee ever again. Besides, Trend Micro, Webroot and Kapersky is what the pros use:)

Thank you so much for the advice, and to everyone else. I’m really grateful to everyone for his/her suggestions!
I’ll go and get Trend Micro or one of the other anti-virus brands that you suggested and get rid of Norton asap. Hopefully, REALLY soon.
Also going to format the HD after backing up.TNX
