Suggestion

Run your windows in Safe mode, (restart your computer, press F8 before you go to main windows screen flag)

Run antivirus, go to run | regedit, find any kind of spyware in Run, RunOnce (CTRL+F to search it) once you found it, remove it

Last thing you must do is to Go to Run | msconfig, and uncheck suspicious services or Startup list (go to services tab & startup)
