Help! Random pop-ups when ie and ff is inactive.

This just occured today.

[InActive] Does Anyone know what foxcglm.exe is?

I asked this on the Windows XP forum [Does anyone know what "foycglm.exe" is?]and was advised to post in here. I followed the instructions in the Before you Post segment and have the logs required. I hope someone here can help.

[InActive] Slow loading websites or some not loading

Can someone please help me out, having issues just getting some sites to load, like google, or it not loading at all, I have run AVG and not found anything there….please help,
